Terms of Use – No Class

This Terms of Use is entered into between GK Barry Limited (for and on behalf of itself and the

personality known as ‘GK Barry’ (“Company”, “we” or “us”) and the customer (“you”).

This Terms of Use relates to the cards or any products (the “Cards”) offered by the Company as

shown on the website https://www.ihavenoclass.co.uk/ (the “Website”).

Your use of the Cards is conditional upon your acceptance and compliance with this Terms of Use.

Your use of the Cards implies your acceptance of this Terms of Use.

The Cards are designed for people over the age of 18, and we do not in any way condone or permit

ayone under the age of 18 using the Cards. Nor we do we in any way condone or permit behaviour

of a bullying or ‘peer-pressure’ nature when playing the Cards.

By using the Cards, you represent and warrant that (i) you are at least 18-years of age; (ii) you

have read this Terms of Use; (iii) you will drink responsibly when using the Cards; (iv) you are not

at risk of any alcohol related mental or physical illness; (v) you are not pregnant; (vi) you agree to

be bound by this Terms of Use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable to you for any special,

indirect, or consequential loss or damage, including but not limited to any costs, expenses or other

claims for any consequential compensation whatsoever (howsoever caused) which arises out of

or in connection with your use of the Cards. The Company’s total liability in aggregate for any and

all claims made against the Company (however so arising) in contract, any claim under indemnity,

breach of statutory duty, tort (including but without limitation negligence) misrepresentation or

otherwise, arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, shall be limited to either (i) the

amount of sums you have paid to the Company for the Cards; or (ii) £50.00 (whichever is greater).

We may amend this Terms of Use at any time in our sole discretion. You are expected to check

this Terms of Use from time to time to take notice of any changes that we may make as they are

binding upon you.

This Terms of Use represents the entire agreement and understanding between the Company and

you for your use of the Cards and supersede all prior agreements, arrangements, representations,

statements and understandings between the Company and you in relation to your use of the Cards.

If any provision of this Terms of Use is held to be unenforceable or unlawful in any way, such

provision will be amended and interpreted to accomplish the commercial objectives of any such

provision to the greatest possible extent under the applicable law and the remaining provisions of

this Terms of Use will continue in full force and effect.

This Terms of Use and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with this

Terms of Use or its subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the

laws of England and Wales. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of

England and Wales to settle any claim or dispute that arises from or in connection with this

Terms of Use or its subject matter.
